Mobile Therapeutic Play for Toddlers & Preschoolers

I bring therapeutic play directly to you in your home or your child’s school *serving Pasadena and the surrounding communities.

When you’re raising littles, simply getting out the door can feel overwhelming. Between naps, snacks, meltdowns, and full schedules, driving to a therapist’s office isn’t always realistic. That’s why I offer flexible mobile services that meet your child in their natural, familiar environment.

Whether we’re engaging in parent–child therapy or 1:1 therapeutic play sessions with your toddler or preschooler, we collaborate to determine what best fits your family’s needs. When therapy takes place in a child’s everyday space, it supports comfort, connection, and real-life skill building, making the work more meaningful and accessible.

My goal is to provide developmentally supportive, attuned care that empowers both you and your child, right where you are.

Supporting the Entire Family

Supporting a child means supporting the whole family system. In my work with children and families, I focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment where emotions can be understood, expressed, and worked through with compassion and clarity.

Children communicate through behavior, play, movement, and the body, often long before they can put their feelings into words. Family therapy creates space for parents and caregivers to understand these signals while building deeper connection, emotional regulation, and trust within the home.

My approach is centered on empowering both children and parents with skills and strategies that support personal growth, strengthen emotional regulation, and promote healthy communication. Together, we explore what your child’s behaviors may be expressing, uncover family patterns that may be contributing to stress, and develop tools that help everyone feel more grounded, connected, and understood.

Whether your family is navigating big emotions, school challenges, trauma, transitions, sibling conflict, or simply seeking more harmony at home, therapy can provide guidance and support. I strive to help your family build resilience, strengthen relationships, and cultivate an environment where each member feels seen, heard, and valued.

Through collaborative, attachment-focused, and somatic-informed care, we work toward fostering emotional wellness not just for your child—but for your entire family.

My rates are thoughtfully set based on my years of experience, specialized training, and commitment to providing high-quality, personalized care to families parenting young children.

I serve a small number of families at a time so I am able to show up fully present and attuned, to offer greater flexibility (such as going in home), and to allow me to be more responsive to your family’s unique needs and provide the best possible care.

  • Out-of-Network Benefits

I don't, no. so I can focus fully on you, not on insurance rules or corporate policies. This allows for higher quality care, more flexibility,  and more confidentiality.

Why? Because real healing takes time, and your story is unique. Therapy isn’t about following a script or meeting quotas, it’s about creating a space where you feel seen and understood. Staying independent allows me to tailor our work to what you truly need, without being restricted by session limits or standardized treatments. This means we can go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.

I know that paying out-of-pocket can feel overwhelming. To help, I’m happy to provide a monthly statement (a “Superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I am happy to assist you through Thrizer

If the fee feels like a stretch, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer sliding-scale options because I believe therapy should be accessible. If you feel like we’d be a good fit, we can find a way to make it work. You're not alone in this—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

As a general rule, call your insurance company prior to our first session in order to verify out-of-network reimbursement and coverage by asking the following:

    • Does my plan include out-of-network, outpatient mental health coverage?

    • If so, what percentage of the fee do you reimburse for therapy with a licensed LMFT?

    • Do I have an annual deductible and has it been met?

    • Is there a limit to the number of sessions my plan covers per calendar year?

    • How do I submit claims?

Some carriers have been authorizing Telehealth during the COVID pandemic but intend to eventually drop this coverage. Clients must contact their plan administrator to verify that their PPO plan covers outpatient mental health via telehealth with an out-of-network provider.

    • All intake paperwork must be completed by the day before your first session. If it’s not, your appointment may be canceled and your slot released.
